Getting the right amount of sleep is vital to health and a very good stress buster also. More energy, clear thinking, and strength to deal with life’s daily stress is credited from a good nights sleep.
We can survive without food for a long time, but we cannot survive without sleep for even at least 2 or 3 days. Most of our cell repair happens from 10:00 pm to 1:00 pm. And dumping of toxin happens during this time also. So get a good night sleep always.
